Poet Hour, Thursdays, 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm | (OnHiatus Until October) Poet Hour is a free, fun, weekly meet-up guided by poet and Rensselaerville resident Kostas Anagnopoulos. Get together with other lovers of poetry to discuss or create poetry.
Silent Book Club, 3rd Thursdays, 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm | The perfect book club for introverts and others seeking a social setting to read or listen to audiobooks on their own, with the opportunity to have quiet book discussions with others. No required reading - bring your own book or choose one from our shelves!
Film Hour, Last Fridays, 7:30 pm | Each month we screen arthouse shorts or an indie film, documentary or cult favorite.
MEDUSA BRANCH
Crafts & Coloring Circle for Adults, 1st & 3rd Wednesdays, 10:30 am - 1:00 pm | Bring your knitting, crocheting, origami -- whatever you are into! We will also have coloring sheets and maybe a craft that is new to you. Coffee and tea available.
Games Group for Adults, 2nd & 4th Wednesdays, 10:30 am - 1:00 pm | Join us to meet other game lovers. We play old favorites and learn new games as well. Coffee and tea available.
Story Time, Saturday, 10:00 am - 11:00 am | Featuring stories, activities and unstructured play, Story Time helps young children build strong reading skills, communication skills, and empathy. Plus, unstructured play helps build the imagination and coordination!
